Tragedy has struck the hockey community as former Pittsburgh Penguin Konstantin Koltsov has passed away at the age of 42.

It is a somber day for the Penguins community as former forward Konstantin Koltsov has passed away at 42.

Koltsov played with the Penguins in parts of three seasons (2002-2006) and produced 36 points in his 144-game career.
Our thoughts go out to his friends and family during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.
