The New York Islanders have announced this afternoon that they have relieved Lane Lambert from his duties and have hired Patrick Roy as the team's head coach.Roy is back
Patrick Roy is back behind the NHL bench for the first time since the 2015-16 season with the Colorado Avalanche. He recently coached the Quebec Remparts and won the Memorial Cup with them last season. Huge hire and we can't wait to see him behind the Islanders bench?
