Looking Forward to a Crucial Metro Division Match up

Tonight as the Penguins take on the New Jersey Devils, the game will have very important playoff implications. The Penguins are still alive in the playoff race, but their chances are looking slim.

With that being said, a loss to New Jersey tonight would put the Penguins 7th in the Metropolitan Division and make things look even worse. Mike Sullivan addressed the media today and revealed some details on the lineup tonight.

Tristan Jarry has the start, and Big Jeff Carter will miss the game due to an undisclosed upper body injury.

It's likely that the lines will remain the same as they did against Detroit, with Gruden likely slotting in for Carter.

According to NHL.com, Jarry has a 2.79 GAA and a .906SV% with 6 shutouts. While those numbers are solid, his play over the last few weeks has been less than optimal.

Over his last 5 starts, Jarry is 1-3-1 and will be looking to turn that around against the Devils tonight.

Would you have started Jarry tonight?

Details to follow.
