The Pittsburgh Penguins Waive Young Forward

Yesterday, the team announced that forward Radim Zohorna would be placed on waivers for the purpose of reassignment.

The 6'6 Czech has made some positive contributions to the Penguins bottom six. He's posted 7 points over 31 games played this season.

The Final Verdict on this Move

Zohorna has cleared waivers and will likely report to Wilkes Barre Scranton immediately. I would expect that the Penguins will make a corresponding move very shortly.
