Trade Proposal Emerges Sending Trevor Zegras to Pittsburgh

On Monday Night the Anaheim Ducks dropped a bombshell announcing a blockbuster trade with the Philadelphia Flyers sending Jamie Drysdale to the Flyers for Cutter Gauthier. Sources say GM Pat Verbeek isn't done working the phones!

Trevor Zegras available for trade



Trevor Zegras was made available via trade as reported today by Darren Dreger.

Pat Verbeek isn't afraid to throw curveballs and make gutsy moves, as proven by yesterday's trade. Trevor Zegras has just 7 points in 19 games. Amid the slow start, the New York Native has had a tough time adjusting to Greg Cronin's system. The young star headlined NHL 23 and is known for his skillful play.

Ducks receive: 2025 first round pick, PO Joseph , Reilly Smith and Samuel Poulin

In this trade the Ducks receive immediate help with Reilly Smith, draft capital, a young defensemen and a young forward yet to breakout in the NHL. The Penguins get a skilled winger added to their top 6 with elite offensive upside.
