Major update on Erik Karlsson
Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman was absent from Penguins practice this morning and fans are concerned.
When in Vegas..
Erik Karlsson was out of practice today due to feeling under the weather. The team has been in Vegas for a few days now so you guys can draw up your own conclusions, but one hint is that they are in Vegas.
A break will do Karlsson well
Perhaps the Penguins should rest Erik Karlsson even if he's deemed ready to go, a rest can benefit him. The veteran dman has been decent when it comes to offensive production but nothing special compared to last years monster season earning him the Norris Trophy. Older guys take longer to recover and perhaps EK should take a well rested break, recharge and get back at it for next week's game. This would be a lot easier if the Penguins were in a more comfortable spot.
