The Pittsburgh Penguins flamed out on Saturday and continue to feel the heat from hockey fans. They started strong, commanding a 3-1 lead in the third period.

Then, it all went downhill. Despite outshooting the Flames considerably throughout the game, the Penguins somehow let their lead slip away and fell 4-3.

The third period was where it all unraveled for the Penguins. They went from dominating the shot count to barely getting any shots on net, while the Flames staged an epic comeback. Goals from Nazem Kadri and Blake Coleman tied the game.

Yet instead of capitalizing on the man advantage, they gave the Flames the perfect chance to snatch the win. A costly pizza up the middle by Kris Letang led to Yegor Sharangovich's game-winning goal inside the final minute for Calgary, and just like that, it was all over.

So, it's back to the drawing board for the Penguins as they lick their wounds and look to bounce back from this tough defeat.
