Breaking : Surprising announcement from the Hamburglar
Andrew Hammond, also known as the Hamburglar, just announced he is retiring from hockey. He reportedly hurt his ankle when he was with the Habs and will not be able to make a full recovery.
Hammond offered us what is arguably one of the most exciting sequences in goaltending history, with the Hamburglar run in 2014-2015, when he was playing for the Ottawa Senators. He ends his career averaging 2.57 goals allowed per game and a .916 efficiency! We wish him a great after-career!
