Shocking video - A coach runs on the ice to tackle a 14-year-old player in the middle of a junior hockey game
Surveillance cameras caught shocking images during a junior hockey game in Québec, Canada. A coach, who is allegedly also the parent of a player, ran on the ice to tackle an opposing player after a big hit between two players. The game was between the Québec "Boucs" and the Côte-de-Beaupré "Aigles". The video became viral in Québec as it's been shared all over the medias.
"Another disturbing scene among one of Québec's minor hockey arena... Sunday night at the Côte-de-Beaupré arena, a coach rushes on the ice and assaults a player from the enemy team."
It is really saddening to witness such a reaction from a grown man, it contributes to the degradation of the image of hockey culture. Fortunately, the victim got up right after and doesn't seem to be injured.
