Rumor: Sidney Crosby provides list of three teams he'd consider being traded to

The Pittsburgh Penguins have been the talk of town as of late being rumoured to be sellers at the upcoming trade deadline on Friday. According to insider IncarceratedBob, Penguins captain Sidney Crosby has revealed the three teams he wouldn't mind going to, to give him the chance at competing again.

Amongst those three teams, they include: The Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche and the Vancouver Canucks, three teams who are favorites at hoisting the Stanley Cup. Bob mentioned the following:

He also said the following about Crosby and his future in Pittsburgh.

According to a good source he gave three teams he'd be ok with IF they approached him about a trade now or offseason #Leafs #Avalanche on the list.. nobody said Leafs would acquire him today or tmrw but they're on his list IF they wanted to get serious.


Important to note that a trade isn't imminent, but it is not impossible that the Penguins trade Sidney Crosby before his contract expires, especially if he requests an exit, our understanding is that his wish would be granted.
