Penguins Announce Change To Jagr Bobblehead Night Giveaway Due To Stolen Shipment

As if the Penguins were not having enough issues this season, it was announced today by the organization that there was an issue with the Jaromir Jagr bobbleheads that were to be given away to fans in attendance tonight.

Jagr Bobbleheads Stolen En Route To Pittsburgh



It was first announced on instagram about the stolen bobbleheads and possible plans.



The organization had to come up with a plan for the fans who are attending tonights Penguins game in hopes of receiving this collectible item.

The Penguins posted on X that they plan to distribute these bobbleheads to fans at a later date.



Penguins Organization Plans To Provide Fans Vouchers To Obtain Bobblehead At A Later Date



Kevin Acklin, President of Business Operations, had this comment on the Penguins website about the incident.

«We were shocked to be a victim of cargo theft, and we are working closely with local and federal authorities on the investigation. While this unfortunate incident adds to the legend of Jaromir Jagr, who will be in attendance as our guest at tonight's game, we look forward to resolving this theft and delivering the prized Jagr bobbleheads to their rightful homes, with our fans."

Of course, X and it's users are having fun with this heist.





Jagr is in Pittsburgh and seen this morning at the team skate. At least he made it in person.



The Penguins will still take on the San Jose Sharks tonight at PPG Paints Arena at 7pmEST.
