Today it was known that the Penguins are classifying a defenseman on their «untouchable» list and it will shock you!
Dubas Letting Players Dictate Future
Kyle Dubas is waiting on the players to make the call regarding their status ahead of the trade deadline. TSN analyst Chris Johnston stated:
"Dubas, even after the two games to end the first half for the Penguins this week is going to keep watching beyond that point. "He insists that his team will make decisions for him in terms of their performance.»

Penguins Sleeper Defenseman amid Untouchable List
When you think of untouchable defenseman, who do you think of? Letang? Karlsson? So do we, but it was suggested that Marcus Pettersson should not be considered in trade talks for the Penguins if they decide to sell at the deadline.
Marcus Pettersson should also join that short list of Penguins' "untouchables." The Athletic's Rob Rossi even put Pettersson above Karlsson when grouping Penguins that Dubas shouldn't actively seek trades for.
